If you’ve recently purchased an Arlo Doorbell and are eager to set it up, this step-by-step guide will walk you through the process and ensure a successful installation. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Unboxing and Familiarization

Begin by unboxing your Arlo Doorbell package and checking that all the necessary components are included. Typically, the package will contain the Arlo Doorbell unit, mounting hardware, a power kit, and an installation guide. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the components and read through the installation guide thoroughly.

Step 2: Choosing the Installation Method

Arlo Doorbell offers two installation methods: wired and wire-free. Decide which method suits your needs best. The wired method requires connecting the doorbell to your existing doorbell wiring, while the wire-free method involves using batteries for power. Choose the method that aligns with your preferences and follow the corresponding instructions for setup.
